I have to give the lowest score as I never received the item that I ordered.
I have made my own enquiries with Australia post who have replied saying that the item is still in the distribution centre and that redelivery will be organised. When I'm not sure!
The initial response i got from Peter's of Kensington was a proof of delivery form which was obviously not correct as it had a signature and date from an older delivery.
Anyway, needless to say I'm disappointed by my experience shopping with Peter's of Kensington and will not order again from this website. Once bitten twice shy as they say!

When shopping for gifts I always try Peters of Kensington first. Their range of goods and very low prices usually mean I find something I'm looking for.

A few of the pieces in the cutlery sets I ordered were faulty - I had reached out to customer service about replacing just those items (because there's no need to return/replace the entire set when just a couple of items are faulty?), and was advised the supplier was going send replacement pieces to me directly. That was 15/01/2021... I have since followed up (28/01/2021 and now again today), because there's been no communication or confirmation that the replacement items were on their way or anything since their reply of 15/01/2021. I was hopeful at first, even though it took my chasing/following up for responses instead of them being proactive with resolving the issue, but now that it's been quiet for almost a month, I'm having serious doubts about the customer service/resolution model.

I have no issue with the products ordered. They arrived in a timely manner and are fit for purpose. My main criticism of this purchase is the type and amount of packing material used. I massive amount of plastic and bubble wrap. I think in this day and age, Peter's of Kensington, there must be an ecological choice available.
